I bought my daughter a pair of boots on Internet two years ago. It had to be her Noel present. At the begining of December I received a post notice to collect the packet. I went to take it to the Post Office. I was excited to open its. I was driving when I decided to stop the car and open the packet. I opened the box and looked in, it was horrible inside there wasn´t a pair of boots, there was a pair of high heeled shoes. My daughter was eleven years old. It was happening on December´23 at five o´clock in the evening. I hadn´t enought time to buy other present to her. I arrived at home very sad, my husband looked at me and said: "What´s happen?" Every day I looked on Internet because I wanted to buy one acuatic MP3, the first step was found one Mp3 that i liked,I needed two hours every day, because I needed a lot of information.Really my level for search something on internet was very low, the second step was understand the method of payment that explained on the site. One good day I found my MP3, after completing all the steps to pay, 2 hours later , I couldn´t pay,I was hysterical. Now I don´t buy on Internet, is more easy and faster, for me, buy in comercial centre.I buy in 10 minutes and read the manual in 20 .

Four years ago, I look a present on the internet for a good friend, He likes very much a rock band, "Status Quo's". So search one page of clothings. When I found one T-shirt of Status Quo´s, It was beautiful It was a casual medium black cotton and in the middle of the group photo. I put personal data, but I lived number 3 door 7 and they mistakenly put number 37. I wait a week, two weeks, but I didn´t sent the paquet. I called and they said the had already sent me but wasn´t truth. Then they told me that if the data they had good and I realired that the number was 37 and not number 3 door 7.
Several years ago, we decided to go to ski with a friends of us at Formigal. As we had children we thought that was better to rent a house than to stay in a hotel. We saw an advertisement at Internet of a fantastic house with a good price. We contacted to the owner and we agreed to pay him a deposit of 500 euros through his bank account to reserve our stay and the rest would be paid at our arrival. We did it. It was terrible becouse when we arrived at the adress he gave us the house wasn't there and the owner didn't appeared. ¡It was a rip-off!
My on-line buying experience: Two years ago, I decided to buy a Dell notebook. My best friend recommended to me to buy it by internet. I was quite sceptic to buy something on-line, but I accepted his advice because buying on-line is cheaper, and I bought my notebook. I was very anxious while waiting. Dell sent me the notebook to my home. When I received the packet I opened it quickly and the notebook worked perfectly. Two weeks after, the DVD RECORDER stopped working. I called to Dell and they sent me a new DVD RECORDER. It was totally free. Now I buy a lot of things by internet.
I like buying on internet. I bought everything but clothes. There is a very big problem with the sizes. Each brand has its own standard and is quite difficult to buy something and to be satisfied to first. Some time ago I bought a t-shirt on internet. When it arrived I realized it was too big. I returned it, of course I had to pay shipping charges, and asked for a smaller size. Next t-shirt, surprise!, was too small. Finally, I asked my money back. I have bought online several time, and normaly i didn't have problem with product or material what i buy it. But almost i had problem with the transport companis, they don't care too much a bout wath they transporting, i saw meny times they throw the bags with out care, and other problem is, if they come and they cann't fund you, the owner have to go to company and take it the pacage. One time i was waitng to recive my package and the company, who had to bring it too me, was Seur. I recvie an sms in my mobil,( No body was at home, we cann't found you,call Seur). But it was a lie. I call them and they sed to mi,the driver come and no body was there, now you have to come and take yor package, i sad this is not true, i'm home now, your driver is lieyin, then she aske mi to waithing, she wants to chek it with driver, when she back to speak to mi, she sed i'm realy sorry you are right, in half hour driver bring your packet. In less than twenty minutes he was on my door. Imagen If i had not call and resist, i had pay for transport and going to tacke my package by my self.

I wanted to buy a digital watch,then I thought to buy his on-line.Last month,I start with to look in my computer and I found one watch it was very beautiful.I said I would like to buy this watch,moreover it was cheap.For this reason I decided to buy on-line,so I sent my personal details.One week the watch came in thurday's post I went to look him.But when I arrived at home I saw what it was another watch.To sum up,I telephoned and they apologized.Five days later my watch arrived at home.
I've never had problems when I have bought on-line, only minor setbacks, as web pages that didn't work well. but I've had problems when I've bought second-hand items on-line. Once I bought an used netbook and it work well, but soon discovered that a key wasn't working well, only sometimes. Another time I was selling an item and a person answered me by email that he wants it, and he said me that I should send it to an adress and then he would pay me, because it was a present for her boyfriend, and he didn't want him to know. When I said him that we must talk on the phone he didn't respond me anymore. It was a lie.
A long time ago I travelled to Madrid to visit my family. One day my mother and I went shopping. I was looking for clothes to give my father and my siblings as presents when someone touched my shoulder. I turned around, in front of me, was Chiqui. She was my best friend at primary school. What a surprise! We hadn´t seen each other for many years. We were talking about our life. Although she hated shopping, in the afternoon, she helped us to do our shopping. We went to a smart shop and we bought a pair of brown leather gloves for my brother Mathew, a checked scarf for my elder sister and a patterned blue silk tie for my father. I was very excited and I didn´t remember to pay. I left the shop without paying!! Suddenly the shopassistent called me. Wow! There were a lot of people. I was confused. I inmediately payed by credit card. There was been an intense day. I´ll never forget it.
This story begins in Christmas past year, we join all the family at home grand-dad John,it was an autentic Christmas day,the fireplace lighting and the landscape that we were seeing trough the windows it was snowing. My cousin Mickel said me that from internet he had bought a fantastic computer,screen of nineteen inchs,a great shinning and bright colour,very good sistem audio,and the most important all for 500 euros. A few days ago I was talking this with my gil friend Celine and she was persuadding me that I would do the purchase from Internet,because my old computer was died. Two days ago,on Tuesday, the messenger was arriving at home with a perfectly package, a few minutes after I opened the box and I didn,t believe: the box was empty! We were doing many managements with the seller and with UPS also, at the end I was without the computer ,I had nothing, while the debit in my account was arriving when I received the box. Internet????
I never have bought by Internet because I think is not reliable.I now explain you my reasons The most important point is that I cannot see/ touch and taste the product because i sometimes take the size 44 but this model It is too big/long/tight for me. Another point is when I need give back the product because it`s small. The company sometimes change the clothe but sometimes not. My brother is the opposite than me. He always buy by Internet.He buys sunglasses, boxer shorts,etc. The last point is the details credit card. You give your account numbers when you buy online and somebody can take it the details and take out money.
I hardly ever shooping on-lin, so I can't explain any exiting or bad experience I had about it. Well, I have sometimes bought some travel tickets on-line but I never had any problem so far. Anyway, I can shall tell you one experience about when my boyfriend and I were to Rome. We wanted to go at the Coliseum, which is one of the most populars places to visit in Rome. We thought that many people would be waiting for their tickets at the booking office, so we decided to buy them on-line before going there to avoid the row. When we arrived at the Coliseum we could came into it quickly while a lot of people were waiting in the longest row I've ever seen.

OMG, was terrible, I canceled my credit car and I spoke with my bank insurance, fortunately the insurance returned me the 2000e. I sure, I never will buy by internet.
Every Christmas, my work partners and I took part on a traditional spanish custom called “El amigo invisible”, as I’m a lucky guy I had to do a gift to the newest partner we had in our office, I really didn’t know much about him but in one talk we had he told me that he was in love with Angelina Jolie and he collected all kind of merchandise about her. I searched several days for some Angelina Jolie’s interesting items and one night I found a perfect gift for him, I saw an eBay auction about a hand-painted poster of the actress, she looked pretty and the picture was drawn with the “pin up” style. I won the auction and paid to the seller via paypal, all without problems. Four days later I received a huge envelope and I decided to take it to the work without opening the envelope. When the guy opened it a huge poster of an american pornstar actress appears, obviously naked!...I think it was one of the most embarrassing days of my life. By Juan Poza
The last year I bought a black trousers in a little shop, I get in the shop and I looked the clothes, they were very fashion, I didn't like them, I prefer a casual clothes. I found a formal dark trousers in black and a patterned woollen jumper, I liked them. The assistant indicated me where the changing room was and I tried the clothes on. I hung the jumper, but it left near the light bulb. Two minutes later I smelled burning. It was embarrased, the jumper was burnt. I didn't say sorry at the assistant. Fortunately I didn't have to pay for it. I tough "it's better shopping online".
I never buy on internet because I think it´s not very secure. If you buy on internet you have to give your credit card number and maybe it can be used by other person, and also you can´t be sure if what you get is what you ordered. Definetely I prefer buying on shops.
Last year I decided to buy some tickets to flight to Bilbao.I was looking the cheaper days to do it, because we were five in my family.First I was checking differents companies looking for the most economical prices and finally I chose Air Europa. My surprise was that after one hour writting names,passports and codes because we had a special discount they had an internet-line problem.I called by phone and they increased 20% more the price.I finally lost my tickets.
